Where to find Cometra
Cometra keeps to Plaza and never leaves it. It is one of 126 species on that ground, and one of only 37 of them sharing its element.
How to catch Cometra
Cometra is one of the 126 legendaries, and the world treats it that way: it refuses anything below a Master ball, its base rate is 5% before your timing counts, and 16 of the 608 are harder to land. Throwing does not scare it off, it freezes it, and in Plaza, where 126 species share the ground, whoever else is standing there throws at the same frozen target.
Supply
Only 9 Cometra will ever exist. That is a number you can count on one hand, and when the last one is caught the species stops spawning for everyone, permanently.
In a fight
As one of 37 celestial types sharing Plaza, it hits Celestial hard. It leans hard on speed: 125 against 95 for its next best, a gap of 30 that decides how it wants to be played.

Questions
Where do I find Cometra in NOKEMON?
Plaza. No level gate and no PvP, so the only thing standing between you and one is finding it.
How do I catch Cometra?
Throw a Master ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 5% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Cometra rare?
Yes, at the extreme. Only 9 will ever exist, and the moment the last one is caught the species leaves the spawn table for everybody, permanently.
What are the shiny odds on Cometra?
About 1 in 500 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
