Where to find Fanfare
Fanfare keeps to Verdant Hollow and never leaves it. It is one of 23 species on that ground, and one of only 23 of them sharing its element.
How to catch Fanfare
Fanfare is one of the 126 legendaries, and the world treats it that way: it refuses anything below a Master ball, its base rate is 6% before your timing counts, and 49 of the 608 are harder to land. Throwing does not scare it off, it freezes it, and in Verdant Hollow, where 23 species share the ground, whoever else is standing there throws at the same frozen target.
Supply
The cap on Fanfare is 40, which puts it among the 110 species capped at forty or fewer, and when it fills the species is gone from the spawn table for good.
In a fight
As one of 23 nature types sharing Verdant Hollow, it hits Water, Thunder hard and loses ground to Fire, Celestial, which is what will be thrown at it. It leans hard on focus: 105 against 95 for its next best, a gap of 10 that decides how it wants to be played.

Questions
Where do I find Fanfare in NOKEMON?
Verdant Hollow. No level gate and no PvP, so the only thing standing between you and one is finding it.
How do I catch Fanfare?
Throw a Master ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 6% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Fanfare rare?
Yes. The cap is 40, enforced at the instant of capture, and nothing refills it: when it fills, the only way to own one is to buy it from a player.
What are the shiny odds on Fanfare?
About 1 in 250 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
