Where to find Foldrake
Foldrake keeps to Plaza and never leaves it. It is one of 126 species on that ground, and one of only 37 of them sharing its element.
How to catch Foldrake
Foldrake sits in the rare band with 171 others, needs a Precision ball at minimum, and opens at 15%, which leaves 197 of the 608 harder to land than this one. The freeze on the first throw makes it a race: Plaza holds 126 species, so the area is rarely empty when you find one.
Supply
200 Foldrake will exist, ever. The server enforces that at the moment of capture, under a row lock, so two players cannot slip past the cap at the same instant.
In a fight
As one of 37 celestial types sharing Plaza, it hits Celestial hard. 2 of its five attributes sit at exactly 98, so the build gives you no steer at all: the matchup decides how it plays.

Questions
Where do I find Foldrake in NOKEMON?
Plaza. No level gate and no PvP, so the only thing standing between you and one is finding it.
How do I catch Foldrake?
Throw a Precision ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 15% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Foldrake rare?
Yes. The cap is 200, enforced at the instant of capture, and nothing refills it: when it fills, the only way to own one is to buy it from a player.
What are the shiny odds on Foldrake?
About 1 in 143 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
