How to catch Skyre
Skyre is one of the 126 legendaries, and the world treats it that way: it refuses anything below a Master ball, its base rate is 5% before your timing counts, and 16 of the 608 are harder to land. Throwing does not scare it off, it freezes it, and in The Wild, where 71 species share the ground, whoever else is standing there throws at the same frozen target.

Only 10 Skyre will ever exist. That is a number you can count on one hand, and when the last one is caught the species stops spawning for everyone, permanently.
