Where to find Veze
Veze moves between The Lake and Plaza. If one is quiet the other is worth the walk, and 91 other species share its main ground, so a dry spell there is normal rather than a sign you are in the wrong place.
How to catch Veze
Veze is one of the 132 common ones: a Basic ball is enough, the base rate is 46%, and 498 of the 608 are harder to land. It still freezes on the first throw like everything else, so in The Lake, shared with 92 species, a neighbour with better timing takes it.
Supply
Veze is one of the abundant ones at 1916, with only 65 species allowed to run looser and 542 held tighter, and even at this end the number is fixed: the 608 caps come to 407,200 creatures, the entire population this world will ever have.
In a fight
As one of 85 water types sharing The Lake, it hits Fire hard and loses ground to Nature, Thunder, Celestial, which is what will be thrown at it. It leans hard on focus: 68 against 40 for its next best, a gap of 28 that decides how it wants to be played.

Questions
Where do I find Veze in NOKEMON?
The Lake. No level gate and no PvP, so the only thing standing between you and one is finding it.
How do I catch Veze?
Throw a Basic ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 46% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Veze rare?
Not by the standards of this world: the cap is 1916. It is still a ceiling though, and once it fills the species stops spawning for everyone.
What are the shiny odds on Veze?
About 1 in 83 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
