Where to find Webble
Webble keeps to The Wild and never leaves it. It is one of 71 species on that ground, and one of only 63 of them sharing its element.
How to catch Webble
Webble is one of 178 uncommon species, takes a Basic ball or better, and its 30% base leaves 303 of the 608 harder to land than this one. The first ball freezes it, and The Wild is home to 71 species, so the catch is decided on timing far more often than on luck.
Supply
250 Webble will exist, ever. The server enforces that at the moment of capture, under a row lock, so two players cannot slip past the cap at the same instant.
In a fight
As one of 63 nature types sharing The Wild, it hits Water, Thunder hard and loses ground to Fire, Celestial, which is what will be thrown at it. Raw attack leads at 77, but only by 5 over the next attribute, so the build is closer to balanced than to specialised.

Questions
Where do I find Webble in NOKEMON?
The Wild. Other players can attack you there, and dying leaves a tombstone anyone can open.
How do I catch Webble?
Throw a Basic ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 30% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Webble rare?
Yes. The cap is 250, enforced at the instant of capture, and nothing refills it: when it fills, the only way to own one is to buy it from a player.
What are the shiny odds on Webble?
About 1 in 125 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
