Where to find Flurry
Flurry never sets foot on land. The only water it surfaces in is Frostmere, shared with 52 other species, and the only way to bring one up is a rod you forged yourself. Walk the shoreline until the water moves.
How to catch Flurry
Flurry is one of the 132 common ones: a Basic ball is enough, the base rate is 58%, and 605 of the 608 are harder to land. It still freezes on the first throw like everything else, so in Frostmere, shared with 53 species, a neighbour with better timing takes it.
Supply
Flurry is one of the abundant ones at 1185, with only 113 species allowed to run looser and 494 held tighter, and even at this end the number is fixed: the 608 caps come to 407,200 creatures, the entire population this world will ever have.
In a fight
As one of 51 water types sharing Frostmere, it hits Fire hard and loses ground to Nature, Thunder, Celestial, which is what will be thrown at it. It leans hard on defence: 64 against 48 for its next best, a gap of 16 that decides how it wants to be played.

Questions
Where do I find Flurry in NOKEMON?
Frostmere. It never comes on land, so you need a forged rod rather than a ball. The door is gated: you need average skill level 20 to get in.
How do I catch Flurry?
Throw a Basic ball or better and win the timing bar. The base rate is 58% and your accuracy moves it, but the ball is spent whether you land the catch or not, so carry more than you think you need.
Is Flurry rare?
Not by the standards of this world: the cap is 1185. It is still a ceiling though, and once it fills the species stops spawning for everyone.
What are the shiny odds on Flurry?
About 1 in 63 per capture. Nothing improves it: no ball, no streak, no item and no amount of waiting. The only lever you have is how many you throw at.
